Accessibility Statement
How Crown Datalytics approaches accessibility across the public website and what to do if you hit a barrier.
Our approach
Crown Datalytics aims to make its public website understandable and usable across modern browsers, mobile devices and common assistive technologies. Our practical priorities are clear structure, readable contrast, responsive layouts, sensible keyboard behaviour and content that can be understood without specialist prior knowledge.
What we are working towards
- Clear headings, sections and navigation patterns.
- Readable type, spacing and contrast across public pages.
- Form flows that provide understandable labels and error handling.
- Progressive enhancement so content remains available even if some client-side enhancements fail.
Known limitations
Some older pages, legacy materials or secure operational screens may not yet meet the same standard as the newer public pages. We are reducing those inconsistencies over time as part of wider site and admin-platform improvements.
Need help or a different format?
If you need information in a different format or encounter a barrier such as unreadable content, poor keyboard navigation, inaccessible documents or confusing form behaviour, contact info@crowndatalytics.com with the page and issue. We will try to provide the information in a workable way and address material problems where reasonably possible.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing quality requirement rather than a one-off project. We review the public site, legal content and newer admin surfaces periodically as part of broader design and engineering work.
