Modern Slavery Statement
Crown Datalytics Ltd opposes slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in its business and supply chain, and publishes this statement as part of its governance approach.
Our business
Crown Datalytics is a specialist professional-services business delivering data migration, integration, Microsoft platform and governed AI services. Our operating model is consultancy-led, with a relatively narrow supply chain compared with larger product or manufacturing businesses.
Our position
- We expect people working with and for us to be treated lawfully, fairly and with dignity.
- We aim to work with suppliers, contractors and partners that share those standards.
- We do not knowingly engage suppliers or intermediaries involved in forced labour, trafficking or exploitative labour practices.
Risk and due diligence
Although our supply chain is comparatively limited, we still review supplier relationships proportionately. Factors may include the nature of the service, geography, payment practices, subcontracting structure and whether the arrangement appears unusually opaque or reliant on exploitative labour conditions.
Reporting concerns
If we become aware of credible concerns relating to forced labour, trafficking or exploitation, we expect those concerns to be escalated promptly for review and appropriate action. That may include pausing work, seeking further evidence, ending a supplier relationship or reporting concerns to the relevant authority where appropriate.
Review
We keep this statement under review and will update it if our business profile, supply chain or legal obligations change materially. This statement is published voluntarily as part of a responsible supplier and governance approach.
