Current hiring posture
We do not run a large standing recruitment pipeline. Most engagement happens when a client project needs specific delivery capability in areas such as migration analysis, ETL, Azure data engineering, Dynamics integration, reporting or solution architecture.
If there is no live advertised role, that usually means we are not hiring at volume rather than closing the door entirely. We still keep a shortlist of people worth speaking to when the right project lands.
